Role & responsibilities Dealing in retail / commercial properties in various markets and maintain relationships with owners of commercial properties to shortlist potential market places. Build contacts, network and maintain relations with developers, builders, property consultants and real estate agents and network with Property Consultants for updates on potential retail spaces. Identify the right locations and network, negotiate and finalise retail spaces for outlets. Prepare business plan for strategy on property acquisitions & potential markets and work on property development. Identify alternatives and evaluate financial and other impact. Understanding the various government initiatives on development and its strategic effects on property market and city development and also complying with property laws and statutory acts of local governing bodies. Negotiate and finalize the legal contracts with the owners / developers. Negotiate and maintain relationship with existing and perspective owners on various aspects as per the operation needs / requirements. Preferred candidate profile Male Candidates Only Should be ready and fit to travel Should own two wheeler with valid two wheeler driving license Candidates from respective district (Thrissur, Kottayam and Pathanamthitta) preferred Age limit is 40 years

SUMMARY Sales Representative We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, engaging with clients, conducting site visits, maintaining store presence, organizing applicator meetings, and submitting sales reports. This role requires a two-wheeler as it involves field sales. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential, along with a self-motivated and target-driven attitude. Responsibilities: Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales goals. Build and maintain relationships with painters, contractors, builders, architects, engineers, and other key customers to drive business growth. Conduct a minimum of two site visits daily to identify business opportunities. Spend at least two hours at the assigned store daily to engage with customers and support sales. Organize and conduct shop meetings with applicators weekly. Submit daily sales reports through the online portal. Location : Kannur Requirements A two-wheeler is mandatory as this is a field sales role. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated and target-driven attitude. Qualification: Min12th Passed. Graduation preferred. Experience: Preferably 6 months to 12 months of experience in channel sales (AP/Akzo/Laminates/Ply/Electricals/Lubricants). Role Summary: Responsible for managing sales of Ashirvads products in the defined geographic area and ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through planning, deployment and management of sales personnel. Identify objectives, strategies and action plans to maximize short- and long-term sales & earnings and promote Ashirvads presence in the assigned area. Roles and Responsibility: Accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams Collaborate with AGM/RGM to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines Monitor area sales, analyse variances and develop & implement area specific sales action plans to ensure revenue growth across product categories Perform sales activities for major accounts and negotiate sales price and discounts in consultation with AGM/RGM Drive and monitor distributor performance on metrics of sales, on-time delivery, query resolution Provide recommendations on new distributor appointment and distributor management system Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet the targets Channel Development for primary and secondary sales; channel management and expansion. Provide inputs to the regional branding execution manager in devising apt branding initiatives for the area Implement area specific trade promotional/branding/marketing initiatives activities and strive to ensure maximum visibility through the marketing and promotion activities Conduct influencer engagement programs like sales promotion activities and key plumber/architect/consultant meets.
