Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing financial services firm. The role focuses on client relationship management, lead conversion, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Identify new business opportunities and follow up with prospective clients
  • Achieve assigned sales targets through effective communication and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to support business growth
  • Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems regularly
  • Handle outbound calls and telecalling activities efficiently

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client handling
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good experience in calling and telecalling
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
