Maintaining proper documentation of bills, measurement records, and supporting documents. Preparing reconciliation statements of material and quantities. Ensuring compliance with contractual and project requirements. Key Requirements: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. 4–5 years of proven experience in mechanical billing in construction/infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of BOQ, contract conditions, and project billing. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and AutoCAD (preferred). Strong analytical and documentation skills.
