Conduct regular market visits (minimum 75% of working days) for price surveys and vendor follow-ups. Maintain updated vendor database, rate cards, and price history. Supervise godown/store operations including inward/outward stock movement, inventory checks, and material stacking. Coordinate with the godown/store team for timely dispatch and stock maintenance. Implement stock control systems to minimize waste and stock shortages. Collaborate closely with the project and site teams to plan material needs. Submit daily/weekly reports to management on purchases, stock levels, and vendor performance. Maintain proper documentation of purchase records, bills, and delivery challans. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma (preferred in Supply Chain, Business, or related) 2-3 years of experience in interior material procurement or construction-based industry. Strong knowledge of interior materials, specifications, and brands. Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic inventory software. Should be willing to travel regularly for market visits. Ability to handle godown team and ensure stock accountability.
