Key Responsibilities ● Design and execute comprehensive test strategies for mobile apps, web platforms, and backend APIs. ● Create, maintain, and scale automated test suites using modern frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Postman, JMeter, etc.). ● Perform manual testing where automation is not feasible to ensure thorough coverage. ● Apply an AI-first approach : use AI/ML-based QA tools to speed up regression, performance, and integration testing. ● Benchmark uEngage’s platform across performance, usability, and stability metrics against industry competition. ● Collaborate with product, design, and development teams for early bug detection and prevention . ● Maintain and enhance CI/CD test pipelines for automated deployments and testing . ● Generate detailed and actionable bug reports and test documentation . Requirements ● 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with a balance of manual and automation testing. ● Proficiency in tools such as Selenium, Appium, Postman, JMeter, TestRail, BrowserStack, or similar . ● Familiarity with API testing , RESTful services, and automation scripts. ● Hands-on experience in mobile app testing (iOS/Android) . ● Exposure or familiar to AI-based QA tools . ● Ability to analyze competitor platforms and derive insights for QA benchmarking. ● Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills. ● Experience with QA practices in agile environments . ● Domain experience in F&B, Retail, or SaaS platforms is a plus.
