We are looking for a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in mutual funds collections. Roles and Responsibility Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure timely payments and minimize defaults. Develop and implement strategies to improve client engagement and reduce delinquencies. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth. Provide excellent customer service to maintain a positive brand reputation. Identify and mitigate risks associated with loan portfolios. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of mutual funds products and services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.
