Your Key Responsibilities Manpower Handling & deployement Responsible to conduct the daily Shop Floor Management. Responsible for Safety ,Quality, Cost and Delivery. To produce components as per quality standards and Production norms Problem solving skills & decision making Knowledge in SAP – PP module Coordinating with internal & external customers to achieve their daily KPIs. Knowledge in PTR / PPAP. Knowledge in skill level development & deployment. Knowledge in VSA,VSM,Kanban,OEE,SMED,TPM,5s+2,PDCA,Takt time etc. Knowledge in Stamping process and stamping parts.
