The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of high-volume architectural and technical SAP S/4 solutions, extensive knowledge in SAP RISE, and over 10 years of SAP Basis experience on S/4 Transformation projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead the SAP Brownfield Project: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of the SAP Brownfield project, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements. Architectural and Technical Expertise: Provide expert guidance on high-volume architectural and technical SAP S/4 solutions, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and reliability. SAP Basis Management: Manage and maintain SAP Basis components, ensuring the stability and efficiency of SAP systems throughout the transformation process. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 10 years of SAP Basis experience, with a strong focus on S/4 Transformation projects. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications: Relevant SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Basis, SAP S/4HANA). Project Management: Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
