Role & responsibilities Production planning from sales orders in ERP environment. Co-ordination with production teams for execution of timely completion of production plans. Budgeting conversion cost and monitoring, IE concepts and practice Lean concepts and flow manufacturing, Order servicing. Lead time reduction, MRP run, BOM maintenance, Production simulation. Capacity planning, De-bottleneck critical processes, Waste elimination. Production reports generation.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in microbiology techniques streak plating, pour plating, colony transfers, staining and should be knowledgeable about equipment used in a microbiology Lab. Knowledge on AATCC test guidelines is a plus but not mandatory. The candidate should have strong mathematical and analytical skills, and the ability to manage basic chemistry-related laboratory tasks.
