Key Result Areas Weightage - 100% Key Responsibilities: Source and service micro mortgage clients in target geographies. Manage credit profiling, documentation, and disbursements. Maintain strong customer connect and ensure timely collections. Work with channel partners and promote cross-sell. Provide end-to-end support to customers throughout loan lifecycle.
