Roles & Responsibilities Ensure optimal resource utilization to minimize downtime and maximize E&I Plant availability as per Business Plan. Develop and execute spare planning strategies, prepare budgets, and plan projects aimed at improving equipment efficiency and reliability. Conduct testing and maintenance of relays and protection systems, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. Implement quality control measures to ensure all electrical work adheres to performance standards and safety guidelines. Maintain and optimize critical electrical equipment, including generators and excitation systems. Ensure adherence to the Indian Electricity (IE) Rules and ensure their proper implementation on-site. Utilize SAP for efficient planning and management of electrical maintenance activities. Experience & Qualification Bachelor’s degree (BE/B.Tech) in Electrical Engineering. 6-8 years of experience in electrical maintenance Proficiency in SAP for managing maintenance schedules, inventory, and reporting.
