Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and creative individual to join our team as a Marketing & Client Relationship Executive . This role involves creating visually appealing marketing materials (primarily using Canva) and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with our existing clients through regular communication and support. Key Responsibilities Design marketing posters, flyers, social media creatives, and other visual content using Canva . Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote company services/products. Maintain regular communication with existing clients via phone calls, emails, and messages. Build and nurture client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention. Handle client queries, provide product/service information, and resolve minor concerns promptly. Coordinate with internal teams to deliver client requirements effectively. Maintain client records, follow up on interactions, and ensure proper documentation. Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell services to existing clients. Provide feedback from clients to improve products, services, and marketing strategies. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). Basic to intermediate skills in Canva (or similar design tools). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle client conversations confidently and professionally over the phone. Good organizational and multitasking skills. Positive attitude with a client-first mindset. Prior experience in marketing, client servicing, or customer relationship management will be an advantage.
