Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development & Marketing Lead located in Mansa, Punjab. The individual will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, developing marketing strategies, and overseeing customer service initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include analysing market trends, developing and implementing marketing campaigns, securing partnerships, and coordinating with the sales team to meet business goals. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Expansion Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels (retail, e-commerce, wellness centers, clinics). Develop and execute franchise and clinic outreach models to expand Dhatuveda Wellness. Build strategic tie-ups with hospitals, doctors, and health practitioners for product integration and health awareness initiatives. Marketing & Brand Strategy Lead product positioning, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications. Manage digital marketing, social media presence, and influencer collaborations to enhance brand visibility. Plan and execute Ayurvedic health camps, community programs, and CSR initiatives aligned with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Product & Market Insights Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to guide product development and strategy. Collaborate with product development and manufacturing teams to align offerings with market demand. Operational & Team Leadership Develop sales targets, monitor performance, and optimize channel strategies. Lead and train sales & marketing teams for consistent execution of campaigns. Qualifications MBA in Pharmaceutical Management (or equivalent). Experience in hospital management, pharmaceutical operations, and promotional campaigns. Strong knowledge of Ayurveda, wellness industry, and healthcare market dynamics. Excellent communication, networking, and strategic planning skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to manage cross-functional roles.
