Implemented all ERM Safety Initiatives viz. Safety Observation, contract audit, and Incidence Investigation, fatality potential recommendations. 7. Root cause failure analysis for problems and timely recommendation for prevention. 8. Co-ordination with maintenance, civil & Assembly departments for smoother Project Work. 9.
