As an Asst. Manager / Sr. Manager HR & Administration at our company, you will have the opportunity to work in different locations such as Jamshedpur Unit, Visakhapatnam Unit, Chennai Unit, and Kolkata Corporate Office. You should have a solid experience of 10-12 years for Asst. Manager and 15-20 years for Sr. Manager in a manufacturing industry. Your qualification should include being a Graduate, having an MBA in HR, or a PG Diploma. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supervising the HR team to ensure the set goals are met - Addressing complaints and resolving them by implementing innovative solutions - Making necessary changes and suggesting improvements to ensure the proper functioning of the department - Overseeing the recruitment and hiring process of new employees - Evaluating the performance of HR employees and providing constructive feedback - Ensuring the department adheres to company policies and regulations - Having excellent communication and leadership skills - Being experienced in all statutory compliance such as DLC, Factory inspector, PF, ESI & P Tax, and Govt. Liaisoning These responsibilities will require you to be proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
