We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Therapist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in children. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of child development, therapy planning, and effective communication with parents and team members. Roles & Responsibilities: Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders using standardized tools and clinical assessments. Administer appropriate standardized tests and evaluation tools. Prepare detailed and timely assessment reports for each child. Design individualized intervention plans and monthly goal plans. Revise goals regularly based on each child’s progress. Ensure consistent parental engagement and build trust for continued therapy participation. Conduct monthly progress reviews with parents and obtain signed feedback. Re-evaluate children periodically and prepare quarterly progress reports. Maintain comprehensive session notes, attendance sheets, and other required documentation. Build and maintain effective working relationships with the Centre Head, co-workers, and reporting managers. Participate in team meetings and contribute to collaborative care planning. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology. Valid RCI registration. 1-2 years of experience preferred; freshers with strong clinical training are welcome to apply. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Role: Senior Executive – Returns Operations Key Responsibilities Coordinate and train the 3PL employees on the return processing Coordinate with the logistics partners and marketplace channels on the return shipment's arrival at the warehouse as per the ASN Constant track of pending shipment and follow up with respective channels for the acknowledgement of the ship date Coordinate with the 3PL partner and plan the capacity to process returns without any backlogs Ensure the standard defined process has been followed while doing the return process as per the Marketplace channel SLA and SOP In case of any shortage or defects, arrange the proper proofs and raise a SPF claim within the agreed time. Coordinate with the Internal Finance team and with the respective marketplace channel SPOC on the claim processing Coordinate with the 3PL warehouse partner on arranging the necessary documents and maintain the complete record of Returns shipment processing and claim status Basic knowledge of QC process on garments. Skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel Basic Fluency in English would be added advantage Strong understanding of Reverse supply chain management and Claim process.
