The ideal candidate is a "road warrior" who thrives on meeting people, building relationships with contractors, and closing deals on the spot. Key Responsibilities • Extensive Travel: Travel extensively across assigned districts in Maharashtra to identify new business opportunities. • Contractor Networking: Visit construction sites and meet with contractors, builders, and influencers to pitch our products. • Order Generation: Demonstrate product quality, negotiate pricing, and secure direct orders from contractors. • Market Mapping: Identify active construction zones and potential bulk buyers in the region. • Reporting: Maintain a daily log of visits, leads generated, and orders booked to report to the Head Office. Requirements • Willingness to Travel: Must be willing to travel 20+ days a month across Maharashtra. • Language Skills: Fluency in Marathi, English and Hindi is mandatory. • Sales Experience: Prior experience in field sales (building materials, hardware, or products preferred). Compensation & Growth Structure We offer a unique, high-growth compensation model designed for performers: • Month 1 (Probation/Training): Fixed Stipend/Base Salary of ₹[Insert Amount]. • Month 2 Onwards (Confirmation): Upon successful completion of the first month and meeting targets, the base salary will increase by approximately 30%. • Incentives: Uncapped commission structure based on sales volume.
