Job Description: We are looking for a talented and creative Video Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for storytelling through visual media and a keen eye for detail. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing video content for a variety of platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials. Key Responsibilities: Edit video content to create engaging and compelling narratives that align with project objectives. Review and select footage, audio, and graphics for optimal storytelling. Apply color grading, audio enhancement, and visual effects to enhance the final product. Ensure all edits are completed on time and in accordance with project timelines. Maintain organized files and backups of projects for future reference. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually improve editing techniques. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for video projects. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Film, Multimedia Arts, Communication, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience as a Video Editor (1-3 years preferred), or strong portfolio showcasing editing skills. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent. Knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects software (e.g., After Effects) is a plus. Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and export settings for various platforms. Excellent attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong time-management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
