Negotiate contract agreement terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs. Meet our existing customers and competition customers, financiers on regular basis to finalize our Komatsu and LTCEL Products as per our SOPS. Guide our dealer Sales Engineers for finalization and Product support. Capture machine performance report and customer testimonials regularly. Make concerted efforts to achieve the budgeted equipment sales numbers every quarter. Identify key customer in the area and ensure all necessary activities- sales, service, parts, training- are completed to nurture and strengthen the relationship. Educational & Experience Requirements B. Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 6-15 years of relevant experience in selling construction equipments like excavator, compactor, loaders etc. Any bachelor's qualified candidate with suitable sales experience in construction equipment segment are also encouraged to apply.
