Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing the preparation and cooking of dishes, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring high-quality food service. They plan menus, manage inventory, and maintain food safety standards, playing a crucial role in the overall dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Should be able to cook for large no. Of people . (Breakfast,Lunch , Dinner, Snacks )

· Overseeing the preparation and cooking of food, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation, and maintaining high standards of food quality

· Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and monitoring food storage and handling practices

· Stocking up essentials likes veges, veg , nonveg , oil etc.

Qualifications:

· Strong cooking skills, knowledge of various cuisines, and ability to create and execute dishes.

· Ability to manage inventory, track expenses, and maintain a clean and organized workspace .

· Understanding of health and sanitation laws

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
