Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

Drive outbound prospecting and lead generation for US-based clients.
Manage and nurture a sales pipeline to convert leads into long-term clients.
Offer consultative financial solutions tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with internal accounting teams to scope and present customized service offerings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Serve as a subject matter expert in financial services to support deal closures.

Required Experience & Skills

2 to 6 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles in the financial services sector.
Proven track record in selling services such as accounting, bookkeeping, auditing, and taxation to US clients.
Strong understanding of GAAP, tax compliance, and auditing standards.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a service-oriented environment.
Deep knowledge of client financial pain points, including revenue, expenses, and internal controls.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors degree is required; MBA in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
Experience across multiple industries to quickly understand client financial contexts.
Familiarity with consultative sales methodologies and financial software tools.
Ability to engage with senior executives and business owners as a trusted financial advisor.
Understanding of the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to contract closure.
