Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The role involves day-to-day responsibilities such as managing client interactions, overseeing tailored business processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and contributing to the company's process optimization initiatives. The individual will work closely with teams across departments to deliver high-quality outsourcing solutions while meeting client expectations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in client relationship management, business communication, and cross-departmental collaboration
• Strong organizational skills with experience in process management, compliance monitoring, and operational strategy
• Proficient in technology support, Data Entry, Dialer Management, and team supervision
• Knowledge in U.S. Accounts Receivable Management would count as a big plus
