Job Overview

The Admissions Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing course-related information, and ensuring smooth enrollment. The role demands excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries from students and parents via phone, email, and walk-ins.
• Explain course details, fee structure, career outcomes, and answer queries.
• Counsel students to identify the most suitable course based on their background and career goals.
• Maintain and update the student database (CRM/Excel sheets) with accuracy.
• Follow up with leads daily (calls, WhatsApp, emails) and convert them into admissions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
• Coordinate with academic and placement teams for student onboarding and career guidance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on counseling and admissions progress.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education/Business/Marketing preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in counseling, sales, or admissions (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain courses clearly and build rapport with students/parents.
• Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Excel; familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
