Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai. The Job Title role involves daily responsibilities such as creating and managing recruitment strategies, sourcing and screening potential candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with overseas employers to understand their requirements. The role also includes ensuring smooth onboarding processes and maintaining candidate databases. The individual will work closely with the recruitment team to meet and exceed recruitment goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment, sourcing, and candidate screening
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work closely with teams and clients to understand their recruitment needs
• Efficient in managing candidate databases and maintaining accurate records
• Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in overseas recruitment and knowledge of international labor laws is a plus
