Job Description

Required skills and qualifications

Experience:
Proven experience as an RPA developer with strong, hands-on experience in Automation Anywhere, particularly A360.
AI tool proficiency:
Experience with Automation Anywhere's AI capabilities, including IQ Bot, Document Automation, and AI Agent Studio.
Programming knowledge:
Strong command of at least one programming or scripting language, such as Python, VBScript, or JavaScript.
AI/ML concepts:
A solid understanding of AI and Machine Learning (ML) fundamentals, particularly related to model training, risk mitigation, and grounding models in specific data.
Integrations:
Experience with API development and integration, and a working knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL).
Technical aptitude:
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Certifications:
Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced or Master certification is highly desirable.
Methodology:
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Preferred qualifications

Experience with other intelligent automation tools or cognitive platforms.
Background in software development, quality analysis, or application development.
Experience with specific enterprise application integrations, such as SAP or Salesforce.
