Job Role: Salesforce Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and maintain customized Salesforce solutions that support business processes and improve user experience. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development, integrations, and platform customization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions using

  Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce

• Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts
  
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using

  REST/SOAP APIs

• Develop and manage Salesforce reports and dashboards
  
• Implement and support Salesforce security model, including profiles, roles, and permission sets
  
• Write unit tests and ensure code coverage meets Salesforce standards
  
• Participate in deployment activities using change sets or CI/CD tools
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and bugs
  
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements
  
• Document technical designs, configurations, and processes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  
• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
  
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  
• Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization
  
• Knowledge of Salesforce data model and governor limits
  
• Experience with integrations using APIs
