Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and loyalty through proactive engagement and service delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for ongoing client support, communications, and issue resolution, coordinating with internal teams as needed.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within assigned accounts to expand business and service offerings.
  • Develop strategic account plans that align client goals with company solutions and drive long-term growth.

Operational Tasks

  • Initiate and oversee client onboarding and account setup in internal systems, including preparation of all general information, credit checks, and required documentation.
  • Coordinate contract lifecycle activities: submission, review, signing, renewal, amendment, and deactivation, ensuring compliance and proper documentation flow.
  • Monitor client agreement expiry dates and proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely renewals and compliance.
  • Facilitate candidate mobilization by collaborating with recruitment and operations teams, managing documentation, pre-joining formalities, visa processing, and onboarding logistics.
  • Handle amendments, relocations, and demobilizations by preparing required documentation, communicating with internal teams, and confirming process completion.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports on new joiners, leaves, account changes, and reconciled headcounts to management.
  • Ensure accurate record maintenance of agreements, contracts, amendments, and compliance documents; update digital platforms (e.g., Mercury, Wizard) as needed.
  • Support tender preparation and submissions by organizing technical documents, coordinating with commercial and legal teams, and responding to client queries post-submission.

Coordination & Compliance

  • Liaise internally with Ops, Business Support, Commercial Officers, Legal, Finance, and Recruitment teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely resolution of client and employee requirements.
  • Ensure compliance in insurance, visa, payroll, and bank guarantees by initiating and monitoring relevant processes for employees and client accounts.
  • Provide actionable feedback to improve products/services by relaying client needs, complaints, and suggestions to relevant functional teams.
