Role Overview

Chief of Staff

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Execution & Operations

• Manage the execution of

  strategic initiatives

  across departments.
• Ensure

  accountability and timely follow-ups

  on decisions and action items.
• Drive organizational

  efficiency by identifying and fixing operational gaps

  .
• Oversee cross-functional projects and ensure they are delivered within timelines and quality expectations.

2. Communication & Alignment

• Serve as a

  bridge between the COO/executive team and the rest of the organization

  .
• Draft key

  communications, speeches, presentations, and reports

  for the COO and leadership team.
• Ensure

  alignment between leadership vision and execution

  across all levels of the organization.
• Facilitate smooth communication flow, minimizing information gaps and conflicts.

3. Leadership Support

• Support the COO in

  daily decision-making, strategic planning, and high-level problem-solving

  .
• Anticipate organizational challenges and recommend proactive solutions.
• Prepare briefing materials, research, and data-driven insights to enable informed leadership decisions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

• 4+ years of relevant experience

  in strategy, consulting, operations, or executive support roles.
• Strong

  project management

  and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent

  written and verbal communication skills

  with the ability to create impactful reports and presentations.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in anticipating needs.
• Ability to

  work in a fast-paced environment

  and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
