About the Role

We are looking for Sales Support Specialists to join our US sales team. The role involves CRM management, sales reporting, and digital marketing sales and support. Candidates with prior experience in automotive or power sports will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting
    • Conduct cold calling, outreach, and follow-ups to generate qualified leads.
    • Schedule and coordinate sales appointments, demos, and client meetings.
    • Research prospects and prepare briefing materials for the sales team.
  • CRM & Pipeline Management
    • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client and lead information.
    • Track the sales pipeline,monitor deal progress, and generate periodic reports.
    • Ensure data integrity and streamline workflows within the CRM.
  • Sales Support & Client Communication
    • Prepare compelling sales presentations, proposals, and supporting documents if needed
    • Assist the sales team during client calls and meetings by providing relevant data and follow-up support.
    • Ensure timely responses to client inquiries and maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Digital Marketing & Outreach
    • Support digital campaigns including targeted email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and other lead generation initiatives.
    • Monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and recommend improvements.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales campaigns with overall business strategy.
  • Sales Analytics & Reporting
    • Provide regular reporting on sales activities, conversion metrics, and pipeline progress.
    • Analyze data to identify sales trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
    • Present actionable insights to the sales team and leadership.
  • Process Management & Documentation
    • Document sales processes, best practices, and client interactions.
    • Ensure timely follow-up and accurate record-keeping for all sales activities.
    • Contribute to developing standardized processes that improve sales efficiency.
  • Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
    • Actively participate in internal sales calls, team meetings, and strategy discussions.
    • Work cross-functionally with operations and marketing to enhance sales effectiveness.
    • Continuously seek opportunities to improve tools, processes, and client engagement strategies.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Sales Support / CRM / Digital Marketing.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (Google Analytics, Mailchimp, LinkedIn Campaigns).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills like B2/C1 level is preferred.
  • Experience in Automotive / Power Sports industry preferred.
  • Comfortable with Night Shift (US Time Zone).
