Key Responsibilities

• Define, own, and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with business goals.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Handle the Product owner teams, and BA team member as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, design, sales, marketing) to deliver product increments.
• Act as the, subject matter expert for CRM and Marketing Automation and automotive-related processes.
• Drive product vision, roadmap, and strategy to ensure scalability and innovation.
• Ensure timely delivery of product features with high quality and usability.
• Evaluate and adapt product direction based on user feedback, market trends, and industry needs.
• Monitor product KPIs and success metrics to measure adoption and impact.

Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of experience

  in product ownership, product management, or similar roles.
• Strong background in Salesforce Marketing

  , CRM systems

  (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or equivalent) HubSpot Marketing Hub and similar Marketing Automation Platforms.
• Proven expertise in the

  automotive industry

  or power sports sector.
• Solid understanding of

  software development lifecycle (SDLC)

  , Agile, and Scrum practices.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to grasp business requirements quickly and translate them into technical specifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Mandatory Requirements

1. Proven experience working with international clients, cross-functional teams, and diverse stakeholders.
2. Prior experience in managing large-scale enterprise applications or data-driven platforms.
3. Strong technical expertise in

   AngularJS, Node.js, .NET, SQL, ADB

   , and related technologies.
4. Previous experience in the SAAS product for the industry

   automotive

   .
5. Hands-on experience with

   marketing automation software

   and

   CRM platforms

   .
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters in relevant field
• Bachelor’s degreein computer science/ information technology or similar domain
• Certification in

  CSPO(Certified Scrum Product Owner)

  or

  PSPO

  .
