Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Work on

  core system transformation

  digital platform modernization

  initiatives.
• Bridge business and technical teams by understanding

  data models, APIs, and workflows

  .
• Support automation, AI, and data-driven implementations in insurance projects.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to SDLC best practices.

Domain Expertise

• Strong understanding of

  Indian insurance value chain

  product setup, underwriting, claims, and regulatory requirements.
• In-depth knowledge of

  claims processes

  .
• Exposure to

  policy administration platforms

  , core insurance systems, and digital front-end solutions.

Agile & SDLC Expertise

• Deep understanding of

  Agile/Scrum methodologies

  and end-to-end SDLC.
• Proficiency in tools such as

  Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps

  .

Technical & Analytical Acumen

• Ability to interpret

  data models, integrations, APIs, and workflows

  .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to recommend feasible, value-driven solutions.
• Experience in

  global delivery models

  and working with multi-location teams.

Preferred Experience

• Core system transformation or digital platform modernization projects in insurance.
• Exposure to

  automation, AI, or data-driven insurance product implementations

  .
