Associate Project Manager/Senior Analyst Product Innovation

Role Summary

In this role, you will own the end-to-end delivery of AI-driven data solutions that transform complex data into clear, actionable insights for clients across Sales, Competitive, Strategic Intelligence, and more. Youll lead projects from concept to execution, drive alignment across cross-functional teams, and oversee data operations to build automated reports, strengthen AI and Sales Intelligence capabilities, and advance GlobalDatas product suite. Success in this position requires an independent thinker with a strong bias for action, someone who is hands-on, resourceful, and relentlessly committed to delivering high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Project management for Sales Intelligence, and data-driven insight products owning scoping, planning, prioritization, delivery and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with software team providing detailed specifications, reviewing outputs, supporting UAT, validating functionality, and ensuring features align with client use cases around Sales, Competitive Intelligence, and Strategy.
• Partnering closely with Product, Business Units, Software Engineering, and Sales to translate business needs into precise requirements, structured workflows, and implementation-ready documentation.
• Design and maintain processes for automated reports and slide decks.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (usage, engagement, accuracy, delivery SLAs) for AI Products, Sales Intelligence tools, and reporting solutions, using insights to drive continuous improvement and enhance client impact.
• Research, curate, and publish report-worthy articles, market intelligence, and thought leadership content that demonstrate value and insights to clients.
• Manage team responsible for AI/database training, data validation and report production.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5 to 8 years of experience in project management, research operations, or product operations, preferably in data, SaaS, or marketintelligence environments.
• Strong experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with proven ability to improve turnaround times and quality.
• Handson expertise with: Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, SharePoint. Familiarity with Power Query / basic Power BI is a plus.
• Strong Exposure to AI / GenAI tools and workflows (e.g., prompt design, using LLMs for report generation or insight extraction).
• Excellent business writing and communication skills; ability to craft clear, professional reports, executive summaries, and client-facing documentation that effectively convey complex insights to diverse audiences.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills; ability to work with technical and nontechnical teams.
• Experience leading teams, including training on tools, processes, and quality standards.
