Mega Walk-IN Drive at Mumbai Location from Monday to Friday

Timing- 4:00PM to 8:00PM

Mumbai Location:

Role and Responsibilities functional/operational:

  • Process requests, updates, and documentation in the system related to the clients needs.
  • Resolve issues and provide solutions in a timely manner, collaborating with internal teams if needed.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Assist customers or clients with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide relevant information.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate Freshers or HSC + Minimum 6 months of experience.
  • Ability to read write and speak English fluently, clearly and with a neutral accent.
  • Good analytical skills, cognitive skills.
  • Good computer typing at the same time talking over the phone

Compensation

Shift: Night / Days Off: Saturday and Sunday, Two Way Cab Provided
