Position: Senior Python Trainer / Corporate Trainer
Experience Required: Minimum 10 Years (Training + Development)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Python Trainer with a minimum of 10 years of experience in both real-world Python development and professional training delivery. The ideal candidate should be able to design and deliver comprehensive Python training programs, mentor learners, and guide them in both academic and corporate environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom and online training sessions on Python (beginner to advanced).
• Develop training materials, assignments, projects, and case studies.
• Teach Python programming concepts including:
• Core Python (OOPs, Data Structures, Modules, File Handling)
• Advanced Python (Decorators, Generators, Multithreading, Multiprocessing)
• Web Frameworks (Django / Flask / FastAPI)
• Data Science Libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn) – optional if applicable
• Database Integration (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• REST API Development
• Evaluate students’ performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in Python and related technologies.
• Assist in placement preparation (interview questions, real-time project guidance).

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong proficiency in Core & Advanced Python.
• Hands-on experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Good knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), version control (Git), and deployment.
• Exposure to Data Science / Machine Learning will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Prior experience as a Corporate Trainer / Faculty / Mentor.

Educational Qualification

• B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA / MSc (CS/IT) or equivalent.
• Any Python / Django certifications (preferred, not mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,134.36 - ₹100,713.06 per month
