Resolve customer complaints and queries professionally, ensuring high satisfaction and offering appropriate solutions. Provide accurate information about company products, services, and promotions to assist customers in making informed decisions. Document all customer interactions and update records in the CRM or company database, following up on unresolved issues. Escalate complex issues to relevant teams and collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution. Meet performance targets for customer satisfaction, productivity, and response times according to company policies. Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and adaptability when interacting with clients from diverse international backgrounds. Key skills required: Any University graduate with a minimum of 15 years of full time regular education.
