Bauble Bazaar is a modern, design-led jewelry brand creating statement, trend-forward pieces for contemporary Indian and global women. As we scale our collections and creative vision, we’re looking to collaborate with a talented Jewelry Designer who can bring strong aesthetics, originality, and execution excellence to our upcoming launches.

🔍 Role Overview

We are looking for a Freelancer or Full-Time Jewelry Designer to execute 3–10 jewelry design projects per year, ranging from capsule collections to full seasonal launches.

💎 Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design jewelry collections aligned with Bauble Bazaar’s brand DNA

• Create design sketches, CADs (if applicable), and detailed execution briefs

• Work with materials such as brass, gold plating, enamel, beads, pearls, crystals, etc.

• Collaborate with founders, production teams, and vendors for smooth execution

• Translate mood boards, trends, and storytelling into commercially viable designs

• Ensure timelines, quality, and creative consistency across projects

🌈 Who We’re Looking For

• Strong design sensibility with a modern, fashion-forward aesthetic

• Experience in fashion or costume jewelry (Indian / Indo-Western / Western)

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects annually

• Comfortable with both creative ideation and execution-ready designs

• Passion for trends, storytelling, and building a long-term brand
