Experience Required: NIFT Fresher or with 2+ years in jewelry design

Education: Diploma/Degree in Jewelry Design or a related field.

Job Summary:

The Jewellery Designer is responsible for creating unique, high-quality jewelry designs that align with market trends and client requirements. This role requires a balance of creativity, technical expertise, and market awareness to develop designs that are both aesthetically appealing and commercially viable. The designer will work closely with CAD designers, casting teams, and quality control to bring their ideas to life.

Responsibilities:

Develop innovative jewelry designs based on client requirements and market trends.

Create detailed technical specifications for each design and coordinate with the sourcing team for execution.

Study market competition and international/domestic trends to ensure designs are aligned with demand.

Conduct competitive analysis and present findings periodically.

Maintain a library of new materials, techniques, and design inspirations for future collections.

Work closely with supply partners to ensure on-time production and quality assurance.

Coordinate with CAD designers to create 3D models of designs.

Collaborate with casting and quality control teams to ensure production meets design expectations.

Lead weekly meetings with internal teams to review progress on designs and orders.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Experience in working with manufacturing teams and production processes.
