Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer experience.
  • Drive sales and achieve monthly/annual targets.
  • Manage, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, silver, and gold jewellery.
  • Handle inventory management, stock control, and loss prevention.
  • Build strong client relationships and manage high-value customers.
  • Monitor visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards.
  • Prepare sales reports and coordinate with management on strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor in the jewellery industry.
  • Strong knowledge of jewellery (diamonds, gold, silver, gemstones, and trends).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage a team and drive performance.
  • Proficiency in POS systems, billing software, and MS Office.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle high-value transactions responsibly.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours during festive seasons.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
