Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage counter sales operations at Tanishq retail stores, ensuring excellent customer service and meeting sales targets.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized solutions for jewelry purchases.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers about various jewelry products and services offered by Tanishq.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share best practices, and maintain store appearance standards.
  • Ensure accurate handling of cash transactions, inventory management, and adherence to company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-5 years of experience in retail sales or related field (preferably in gems & jewellery industry).
  • Strong understanding of counter sales principles and luxury brand management.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems (POS) software for efficient transaction processing.
