Jewellery Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Sales and Revenue Generation:

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Promote and sell Nakoda Ornaments jewellery collections to new and existing customers.
• Identify potential clients and generate leads through networking and outreach.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Understand customer preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

3. Product Knowledge:

• Stay updated on the latest jewellery collections, designs, and industry trends.
• Educate customers about the features, benefits, and craftsmanship of Nakoda Ornaments products.

4. Sales Reporting and Analysis:

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to the management team.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the jewellery, fashion, or luxury goods industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Gujarati (preferred).
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
