1. Accounting & Bookkeeping:
Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally ERP or relevant accounting software.
Record day-to-day financial transactions, invoices, and receipts.
2. Taxation & Compliance:
Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, and other statutory filings on time.
Ensure compliance with all accounting and tax regulations.
3. Financial Reporting:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.
4. Inventory & Costing:
Maintain jewellery stock records and reconcile physical inventory.
5. Coordination & Support:
Support external audits and liaise with auditors.
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
2+ years of experience in accounting (jewellery or retail industry preferred).
Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel.
Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Experience in jewellery industry accounting.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
