Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Jewellery Sales Executive located in Nallagandla, Hyderabad. The Jewellery Sales Executive will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and achieving sales targets. They will assist customers in making informed decisions by providing detailed product information, managing the inventory, and maintaining the visual merchandising standards of the store. The role also requires building and maintaining customer relationships and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Sales, Customer Service, and Relationship Management skills
Knowledge of Jewellery products and inventory management
Skills in Visual Merchandising and Store Operations
Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in jewellery, is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in retail management or related fields are beneficial
Fluency in English and other regional languages is an advantage
