Jewellery Sales Executive

As a Retail Sales Associate at D Grand Jewellery, your role will involve possessing adequate knowledge of imitation jewellery products, styles, and customer preferences. You will actively engage with customers to drive sales through strong communication and persuasion skills. Your responsibilities will include managing daily counter operations such as product display, billing, and stock handling. It will be essential for you to maintain showroom cleanliness, attractive product presentation, and assist in inventory checks. Achieving monthly sales targets, contributing to customer satisfaction, and repeat business will be key goals. Additionally, you will provide product recommendations based on customer needs in English, Hindi, or Kannada and handle customer queries and complaints to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Commuting daily to the assigned store location will also be part of your routine. Qualifications Required: - Education: Any Graduate (preferred) - Experience: Prior retail/showroom sales experience in jewellery, apparel, or lifestyle products is an advantage - Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada (preferred) - Ability to manage billing, POS systems, and stock handling - Presentable, customer-focused, and target-driven personality - Willingness to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays if required At D Grand Jewellery, you can expect a competitive salary as per industry standards, an annual bonus based on performance, and growth opportunities within the retail operations team.
