Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Jewellery Sales Executive based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The Jewellery Sales Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, engaging with clients to understand their preferences, and showcasing the unique features of Prismara’s collections. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and maintaining in-depth knowledge of the product line. The individual is also expected to assist with visual merchandising, inventory management, and ensuring the store environment is welcoming and organized. Qualifications Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships. Proficiency in sales techniques, negotiation, and handling customer inquiries effectively. Knowledge of jewelry design, gemstones, and lab-grown diamonds is preferred. Experience in inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards is advantageous. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities. Proactive and self-motivated with a strong passion for luxury sales and sustainability. Previous experience in retail or jewelry sales is a plus, but not mandatory.
