Jewellery Sales Executive

Role: Retail Sales Associate (Showroom / Counter Sales)

Responsibilities:

• Possess adequate knowledge of imitation jewellery products, styles, and customer preferences.
• Actively engage with customers to drive sales through strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Manage daily counter operations, including product display, billing, and stock handling.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, attractive product presentation, and assist in inventory checks.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to customer satisfaction & repeat business.
• Provide product recommendations based on customer needs in English, Hindi, or Kannada.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Commute daily to the assigned store location.

Requirements:

• Education: Any Graduate (preferred).
• Experience: Prior retail / showroom sales experience in jewellery, apparel, or lifestyle products is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada (preferred).
• Ability to manage billing, POS systems, and stock handling.
• Presentable, customer-focused, and target-driven personality.
• Willingness to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
