Job Description

You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through consultative selling and storytelling. Your primary focus will be on offering expert styling advice customized to each customer's preferences, lifestyle, and occasion. You will manage the complete customer journey, starting from greeting and needs discovery to product presentation, objection handling, and closing sales. In this role, you will be expected to develop an aspirational brand narrative and build lasting client relationships through consistent follow-ups, VIP engagements, and client ling. It will also be crucial to document customer preferences, special occasions, and purchase history to personalize future interactions effectively. Success in this position will be measured by your ability to meet and surpass store sales and customer satisfaction (NPS) targets. Additionally, you will be required to assist with store operations, which includes tasks such as visual merchandising, stock management, and event coordination, all while maintaining alignment with our brand ethos.,
