Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Shift Manager role based in Jaipur. The Shift Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage team schedules, allocate tasks, and ensure adherence to company standards and procedures. Responsibilities include providing leadership to team members, ensuring high-quality service delivery, maintaining performance metrics, and resolving any operational challenges that arise.

Qualifications

• Team Management and Leadership skills to supervise and coordinate staff effectively
• Strong organizational and scheduling abilities to manage shift rosters and allocate resources
• Problem-Solving and Decision-Making skills to address issues in operations efficiently
• Communication and Interpersonal skills to engage with team members and stakeholders effectively
• Experience in supervising operations in a similar industry is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive work environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business management or a related field
