Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Floor Manager located in New Delhi. The Floor Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure optimal customer satisfaction, manage a team, and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include coordinating and supervising staff, ensuring smooth operational workflow, conducting staff training, and maintaining high standards in service quality and efficiency.

• Excellent Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Operations Management experience
• Proficiency in staff Training and development
• Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
• Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
