Jewellery Floor Manager

As a Jewellery Floor Manager at our Pandri Road, Raipur showroom, you will be responsible for overseeing sales floor operations and ensuring excellent customer service. Your strong knowledge of gold, diamond, Polki, and Jadau jewellery, along with proven experience in managing a sales team, will be key to your success. **Key Responsibilities:** - Supervise daily sales floor activities and ensure smooth customer handling. - Motivate and guide the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets. - Attend customers, explain product details, and close sales effectively. - Ensure proper product display, cleanliness, and store presentation. - Monitor staff grooming, discipline, and customer engagement standards. - Coordinate with the Store Manager on inventory and operational requirements. - Maintain records of sales performance and customer feedback. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - Minimum 2 years of jewellery retail experience, preferably as a Floor Manager or Senior Sales Executive. - Excellent knowledge of gold, diamond, Polki, and Jadau jewellery. - Strong customer handling and communication skills. - Team management and leadership abilities. - Basic computer knowledge (billing & stock entry).
