Founder’s Note for This Role

If you are someone who wants to structurally learn the entire design development lifecycle while specialising in rings as a product category — from strategy, to creation, to placement in the studio, and finally to post-launch analysis — this role will give you exactly that.

In your first year, while executing high-volume design rollouts (~1000–3000 SKUs/month), you will gain ground-up exposure to every stage of product creation and deployment.

As per your performance, you will then start participating in the strategic planning of design development for our next phase — a scale-up to 20 stores with flagship launches, unique annual concepts, and brand-defining design events.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with the Jewellery Development Manager to support new product development research
• Define aesthetics (colors, metal tones, finishes) for visual merchandising of sample designs and place order for the designs
• Coordinate prototype orders, perform quality checks, and ensure on-time deployment to studios as per VM strategy
• Manage the full cycle — from concept to studio placement — for ~500–100 designs/month
